These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the official website of Cristhian Zevallos LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at https://cristhianllc.com/ (the “Site”), and your purchase of our curated kitchenware products (the “Products”) and use of our customer service services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site, creating an account (if applicable), placing an order, or using our Services (collectively, the “Use”), you (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). All Policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available for review on the Site.
 
If you do not agree to these Terms or the Policies, you may not access or use the Site, purchase the Products, or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cristhian Zevallos LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company with its principal place of business at 87 Lincoln Avenue, Colonia, NJ 07067, United States.
 

1. Eligibility

 
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access, use the Site, or place an order for Products. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may not use the Site or purchase Products without the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
 
1.2 If you are using the Site, purchasing Products, or using the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity (an “Entity”), you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the Entity to these Terms and the Policies.
 
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access to the Site, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, incomplete/incorrect order information, or inappropriate use of the Site. We may also limit the quantity of Products sold per customer/order to prevent fraud or stock depletion.
 

2. Orders & Acceptance

 
2.1 Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the Products at the listed price (including applicable tax, shipping costs, and fees) and in accordance with these Terms and the Policies. This offer is only valid for a reasonable time (72 hours) and is subject to Product availability.
 
2.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
 
  • Product unavailability or stock depletion.
  • Pricing errors (e.g., typographical errors, incorrect listings) or technical glitches on the Site.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized payment/order activity (e.g., stolen credit cards, fake email addresses).
  • Incomplete, incorrect, or invalid shipping/billing information.
  • Violation of these Terms or the Policies.
  • Your failure to comply with our order verification requests (for fraud prevention).
     
    2.3 Your order is officially accepted only when we ship the Products and send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to your registered email address. No other communication (e.g., order confirmation email, cart confirmation) constitutes acceptance of your order.
     
    2.4 We may cancel any unshipped order at any time, in our sole discretion, and will issue a full refund to your original payment method for any canceled unshipped order (no fees or penalties). If an order is canceled after shipping, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
     
    2.5 We reserve the right to split your order into multiple shipments (at no extra cost to you) if some Products are out of stock or require separate processing (e.g., fragile items). We will notify you via email if your order is split into multiple shipments, and each shipment will include its own tracking number.
 

3. Pricing & Payment

 
3.1 All Product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We do not honor price adjustments for past orders (including orders placed before a sale, price increase, or promotional discount).
 
3.2 Prices listed on the Site do not include applicable sales tax (New Jersey state and local sales tax, where required by law) or shipping costs/fees (e.g., fragile item surcharges). Sales tax and shipping costs/fees are added at checkout and are clearly displayed before you complete payment—no surprise fees.
 
3.3 We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., PayPal). All payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment providers—we do not store full payment card details on our systems.
 
3.4 You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount (Product price + sales tax + shipping costs/fees) at the time of purchase. If your payment is declined, your order will be canceled, and you will need to resubmit your order with a valid payment method.
 
3.5 You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide (e.g., you are the cardholder or have authorized access to the card, and the payment method has sufficient funds to cover the total order amount).
